Denise
Clinical Nurse Manager
Clinical Nurse Manager, Denise, has been a Registered Nurse for nearly 20 years and began working in the plastic surgery and aesthetics industry 7 years ago. Not only does she expertly manage every aspect of our Ambulatory Surgery Center from accreditation to the day-to-day surgical details, but she also provides pre- and post-operative care to our surgical patients. While passionate about educating and caring for each and every patient, she loves following them through their surgical journey from their pre-operative appointment to their final post-operative visit.
A busy wife and mom, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, working out, traveling, and cheering on the Seahawks.
Rosemary
Registered Nurse Injector
Rosemary has been a Registered Nurse working in the fields of Surgical and Emergency nursing since 2005. After almost a decade, Rosemary began training in the field of aesthetic nursing and later joined Dr. Stephens’ office at Stephens Plastic Surgery in 2015. Working directly under the expertise of Dr. Stephens, Rosemary continued to advance her skill and injection practice.
Rosemary divides her time at the office between managing surgical care at our ambulatory surgery center and treating patients with BOTOX® Cosmetic, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Rosemary is passionate about the importance of integrating facial assessment with each client’s personal goals and lifestyle to provide an individualized treatment of facial rejuvenation and maintenance.

Alexandra (Alex)
Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Alexandra (“Alex”) is a highly experienced Licensed Master Aesthetician with more than 25 years of experience in aesthetics, specializing in advanced laser treatments and corrective skin rejuvenation. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through customized treatment plans designed to address concerns such as fine lines, uneven skin tone, acne, scarring, skin laxity, and overall skin health.
With extensive expertise in advanced laser technologies and medical-grade aesthetic treatments, Alex is committed to staying at the forefront of innovation in aesthetic medicine. Her thoughtful, results-driven approach allows her to deliver treatments that are both effective and tailored to each patient’s unique skin goals.
Known for her warm and empathetic approach, Alex creates a welcoming and refined treatment experience where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.
Outside of the treatment room, Alex is a devoted mother of two teenage sons. She enjoys spending her time outdoors in the mountains and cheering from the sidelines at the baseball field, embracing a meaningful balance between her professional passion and family life.
Lauren
Executive Director of Patient Experience & Practice Operations
Lauren is passionate about helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout every step of their aesthetic journey. With years of experience in body contouring and facial plastic surgery, she understands that choosing to undergo a cosmetic procedure is a deeply personal decision, and she believes every patient deserves compassionate guidance, honest communication, and exceptional care.
As Director of Patient Experience and Operations, Lauren works closely with patients from their first interaction with the practice, ensuring they feel welcomed, educated, and supported every step of the way. She is dedicated to creating a seamless experience so patients can focus on what matters most- feeling confident in their decision and excited about their results.
Lauren is known for building genuine relationships with patients and strives to make each person feel heard, respected, and cared for. She believes that outstanding patient care comes from combining attention to detail with kindness, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.
Outside the office, Lauren enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and dogs, and exploring creative projects. She looks forward to welcoming you to the practice and helping make your experience a positive and memorable one.
Nadia
Front Desk Coordinator
As our Front Desk Coordinator, Nadia is often the first friendly face you’ll see when you visit. Organized, efficient, and dedicated to outstanding patient care, she makes sure every visit begins with a warm welcome and a seamless experience. Outside the office, she loves sunshine, travel, and summer sunsets. She stays active with tennis and fitness, treasures time with friends and family, and enjoys exploring new restaurants and creative hobbies like furniture restoration, painting, ceramics, and sewing.
Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine passion for helping others make her an invaluable part of our team.
Andreea
Registered Nurse
Andreea is one of our RN’s with a strong clinical foundation and a passion for patient-centered care. After completing her nursing education and training, she began her career in pediatric oncology, where she gained valuable hands-on experience and developed a deep appreciation for compassionate, detail-oriented care. Three years ago, she transitioned into plastic surgery and aesthetics, combining her clinical expertise with a focus on helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients, understanding their individual goals, and creating an experience that feels personalized, supportive, and positive.
Outside of work she enjoys traveling, reading, skiing, and cooking, and is always excited to explore a new destination or try a new recipe.
